Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ApplyEdge. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each of our plans. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Monthly Subscription ($19 USD/month)
Monthly subscribers are protected by a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.
How to Request a Refund
If you subscribed and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address used when subscribing
- Your reason for the refund (brief — this helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- You retain access to the tool until the end of your current paid billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period (except within the 30-day guarantee window)
After the 30-Day Guarantee Window
After 30 days from your first payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable except at our discretion in cases of:
- Technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request
Single-Use Purchase ($7 USD)
However, we will issue a refund or credit for a single-use purchase in the following circumstances:
- The AI output was clearly empty, corrupted, or completely unusable due to a system error
- You were charged but never received access to the tool due to a payment system error
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
To request a single-use refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your email address and a description of the issue.
We do not issue refunds for single-use purchases if you are dissatisfied with the AI output but the service functioned as intended. We encourage you to review the tool and sample output before purchasing if you have concerns about suitability.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. We will work with you promptly to resolve any legitimate issue.
If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with documentation of service delivery.
Currency and Taxes
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a non-USD card (e.g., Canadian dollars, British pounds), your bank will apply their current exchange rate. Any applicable taxes (GST, HST, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be applied by your card issuer or bank. We do not currently collect sales tax or VAT separately.
