Please read these terms carefully before using ApplyEdge. By completing a purchase and using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About ApplyEdge

ApplyEdge ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered career tool operated at applyedge.work. We provide resume optimization, cover letter generation, and related career content services to individual job seekers. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ApplyEdge. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. ApplyEdge is available worldwide. Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

3. Services Provided

ApplyEdge uses artificial intelligence (specifically, Anthropic's Claude API) to analyze your resume and job description and produce:

AI limitations: Our service uses AI which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or suboptimal output. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome. Results should be reviewed and edited by you before submission to any employer. Always verify that all content accurately reflects your experience and qualifications — do not submit fabricated or misleading information to employers.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Customers from Canada, the United States, and other supported countries are welcome.

4.2 Single-Use Purchase ($7 USD)

A single-use purchase grants you one optimization session — one resume + one cover letter + one gap analysis. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Access is valid for 7 days from the purchase date.

4.3 Monthly Subscription ($19 USD/month)

A monthly subscription provides unlimited optimization sessions during the subscription period. Your subscription automatically renews each calendar month at $19 USD until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize ApplyEdge to charge your payment method $19 USD on a recurring monthly basis. You will receive a receipt from Stripe for each billing cycle.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your payment on our behalf.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to the service will be suspended. We may attempt to retry the charge. You will be notified by email. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file.

Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges.

6. Your Content and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the resume content you submit. By using ApplyEdge, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content for the sole purpose of generating your results. Your resume and personal data are not stored on our servers after processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The ApplyEdge platform, branding, interface design, and underlying systems are owned by ApplyEdge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated output you receive is provided for your personal use in job applications. We do not claim ownership of your resume content or the personalized output generated for you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR EFFECTIVE FOR ANY PARTICULAR EMPLOYER OR ATS SYSTEM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APPLYEDGE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting us at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable territory.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers and/or by a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
